Flat standard shipping/handling rate to all 48 states is $3.99 (Carrier shipping duration is 3-5 business days).

Flat standard shipping/handling rate to Alaska & Hawaii is $4.99 (Carrier may take a little longer to ship to these destinations).

(Also including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses).


At speedy processing times are one of the main focuses for our valued customers. Each order is carefully inspected at time of fulfillment to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours or less following the receipt of order, however, we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event of a delay in processing your order, we will immediately email you with information about order status.

Orders received and paid before 2:00 pm EST are shipped same day. Once the order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.

The majority of our shipment is via United States Postal Service(USPS). We do not process orders during major U.S holidays since the carrier services are closed.

Returns/Exchange Policy: offers hassle-free exchange and store credit to our customers no matter what reasons. For a quick, hassle-free process go to Contact Us form and provide us with your order number and reason. We do not charge restocking fees or any other related fees to ensure hassle-free exchange/store credit. 

You may return most new, unopened and unworn items within 10 days of delivery for exchange/store credit. Due to body jewelry hygiene, we cannot accept any opened or used items as a return. If it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc) we will pay the return shipping costs otherwise it's customer's responsibility to pay shipping and other charges.

Please DO NOT ship back an item without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us first. If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number, details about the product and reason you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of giving your package to the return shipper, this time period includes the transit time for return package and quick processing time for your return once we receive it.

In order for us to provide exceptional quality and customer service we don't resell any returns, instead our company pays for this loss. We want to give our customers trusted, safe and hygienic products to wear.
